The MIND Method Program: A 4-Phase Nervous System Reset

Integrated into our functional care, this program includes in-session support and at-home practices:

Phase 1: Mindful Awareness (Visits 1–2)

  • Intro to MIND framework

  • Learn somatic presence and daily triggers

  • Homework: Daily journal, grounding audio, trigger tracker

Phase 2: Internal Ownership (Visits 3–4)

  • Break blame loops, explore subconscious patterns

  • Homework: Mirror work, belief reframe guide, parts journaling

Phase 3: Nervous System Integration (Visits 5–6)

  • Learn and use somatic tools for regulation

  • Homework: Somatic practice cards, body mapping, havening

Phase 4: Directed Realignment (Visits 7–8+)

  • Future self activation, energetic rehearsal

  • Homework: Identity affirmations, decision journal, visualization

✨ Havening: A Highlighted Technique

Havening is a gentle, evidence-based psychosensory method that uses soothing touch to help:

  • Rewire emotional memories

  • Soothe anxiety and trauma

  • Regulate the nervous system

Sequence:

  1. Stroke arms, hands, or face gently

  2. Combine with calming imagery, counting, or positive words

  3. Repeat until emotional charge softens

We often integrate Havening into the "N" phase for nervous system reset.
