Services
Bee True Integrative Medicine provides Telehealth-based functional and integrative medical services to adult patients aged 18+ located within the state of Virginia. We also offer wellness coaching services to clients located outside of Virginia.
- Medical Services: Only available to clients physically located in Virginia at the time of their Telehealth appointment.
- Non-Medical Services: For clients outside Virginia, services offered are strictly wellness and lifestyle education and are not a substitute for medical care.
Bee True Integrative Medicine does not offer emergency, urgent care, or primary care services. Clients must maintain a relationship with a licensed primary care provider for their ongoing healthcare needs.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use our services.
Telehealth Requirements
Clients are responsible for:
- Having a stable internet connection.
- Ensuring a private and safe environment during Telehealth consultations.
Payment, Refunds, and Cancellations
- Full payment is required prior to services rendered unless otherwise arranged.
- Refunds: No refunds are issued for services canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment or for supplements/products once delivered.
- Subscription/Package Cancellation: Clients may cancel packages or subscriptions by emailing [email protected]. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued. Packages must be used within the timeframe specified at purchase.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including text, graphics, logos, and materials, is owned by Bee True Integrative Medicine and protected by copyright laws. You may not use our content without prior written permission.
